Apart from main things (new map, vehicle & map rebalance and italian TDs) matchmaker is changing for light tanks and arties.

SPGs are now limited max 2 per team and matchmaker should prioritize 1 or 0 per team.

Non-wheeled light tanks now wont fight against EBRs. This means that if your team has Manticore enemy wont get EBR 105. If your team has T-100 LT and EBR 105 enemy wont get 2x EBR – they will get EBR and Sheridan for example.
