As many of you know, the listed Russian style meds burn — often — mostly due to fuel tank destruction. I have been considering running SIS on these tanks for the fuel tank and ammo rack durability buffs. To those of you who have used survival improvement suite on any of these tanks, I have the following questions.

Do you find SIS to be particularly effective at preventing these fires?

Is SIS similarly effective at preventing fires as modified configuration, even though SIS does not provide the free saving throw?

Do you consider it to be worth dropping vents on these tanks in order to use SIS?

Do you feel that SIS T3 is necessary, or is T2 sufficient?
