Running a 6800xt and 3600 Ryzen + 32GB DDR4 at 3200

I am trying to find out what some sliders do to the fps but some effects are really limited it seems.

On improved graphics all maxed out I get about 60-90fps but turning down the texture and whatnot which is supposed to have an effect according to the tooltip does only barely incrase the fps at all. Maybe I reach 100 here and there with improved graphics and texture and other stuff on medium.

Yea I know I should upgrade my CPU but shouldn’t it still be possible to get 144fps with some more or less good settings?
