What would be the best skills for a longer range slow and heavily armoured tank?(specifically T28) on xbox, if that matters

So far i got: -Quick learner -Born Leader -Rapid reload -iron mace

With the skills and equipment, Im trying to increase my ability to see and touch far out, not be seen, and move faster.

And im considering eventually, comms technician for better range and track mechanic for less time immobile with track shots,

But im confused if these skills are worth it, -silent driving/muffled shot/greenthumb -steady aim -clutch breaking/off road driving -situational awareness

Any advice on which would be best for T28 tank, im in no way an expert so, i appreciate any advice and insight you may have.
