How are guys with a lot of different tanks doing this? Do you just switch crews before each battle or have multiple crews for each tank? Or what is the most “optimal” way of doing this? It feels a waste to have multiple 2x perks crews when I can be using the best ones I have. For example – I got an obj.274a from some loot boxes and a 4x crew on my obj.140, do I just switch those before every battle? I have similar examples over a couple of different tank combinations.

For context, I prefer to play different tanks every session, so this “juggling” becomes quite annoying over the course of a session.
