So I have an STRV S1 with a great crew and currently I am grinding the 103-0 line. I know that if I were to use my premium crew on the tech tree tank I would have to retrain it.

However, if I retrain it for the 103 0 will I be able then to put it in the strv s1 (so just to use it on both tanks without having to train 2 crews) and still have the 100% stats without retraining it again?
