Is there a way to obtain the “Hellraiser” skin they released for the M60 back in 2021?

I know it’s a Clan wars exclusive, but will it return to the Clan war store? I returned to the game after a break of several years, so I missed this new content. I did get the one from CW for the 121B.

I DON’T want them to sell it in the bond shop! I just wanna know if these skins return to the CW store.
