How do people have so good crews? – posted in Gameplay: How do you make good crews? The max crew i have is 3 perks and 70% to the 4th one on bourrasque, I used 3x Personal training manual (or what its called, the one that gives 850,000 experience to 1 crew member) and played over 200 battles, but i see others have round over 4 perks where i struggle to get it? Is there any secret way to do it, I know about crew books and the option to accelerate crew training.
