I’ve played 35 battles in my Luchs with the same crew, and I’d like to think I’m doing ok in it, but they’ve only gone from 75% to 88% and it just feels like they arent doing anything.

I had a top XP, 3 kill, 1k damage win and it didn’t increase at all.
