IS4 3 mark

I like the tank a lot, It can be surprisingly quick. but with the recent influx of jgpzE100 and so much arty for some reason it was a frustrating 3 mark. Arty in particular is brutal, I hate those things. The is4 gun becomes kinda useless once stunned.
