In a tier 8 tank, seems completely balanced. I often watch wot replays and it is very rare like 5 times a year that across all tier 8 tanks that one breaks 10k without fishy stuff or AFKs. BZ 176 has had multiple 10k and now an 11k battle on this single tank.
