Is it possible to angle myself so my armor can force ricochets/non-pens?

Should I prioritize damage, penetration, or reload?

Should I be aiming specific ammo at specific places (HE rounds at tracks/back of the tank)?

How do I deal with dispersion other than praying to RNGesus?
