National Fragments – Anybody getting any? – posted in General Discussion: I have received 28 blueprint fragments so far plus 9 universal fragments but zero national fragments.  Given that the universal fragments are useless without some national fragments, I am wondering how difficult/rare those are.  Anybody got any?  If so, what is your percentage or universal to national fragments? Thanks
