First set of personal missions were based on vehicle types and second set of personal missions were based on nations.

I am thinking third set of personal missions can be based on roles.

For example, a mission for dealing 5K damage in a battle and it must be completed in an assault tank, so it can be done in a medium, heavy or TD.
