Can anyone pls tell em how obtain elite status for my tank ( Tier 5 T34 on the Chinese line) . It leads to two tier 6 tanks , one of which I have researched and one in which the ability to research is not functioned. Let me try that another way . It is not light up and so I cannot activate it. If this requires blue print fragments how do I get those ?
