Been playing WOT for a long time on the same machine, but lately the performance has been terrible

even if my ping within the game is 9-14ms, am getting refresh problems, jerkiness with tank movement, etc.

doesn’t seem to be issues with other websites, and I can watch videos all day long on the PC.

Might be my ISP, but I thought I would check here to see if others are having problems (I am on the NA server with a 100mbs Internet connection)
