arty isnt broken, its annoying and every team that gets an arty who doesnt use their brain essentially is either down 1 2 or 3 players and vise versa the for the enemy team… it literally doesnt make the state of the game better or worse, also if you think they fix hull down meta they dont literally load premium and aim for the weak spots cuz they exist tanks,gg is free afterall
