I’ve tried deleting settings and cache, I’ve reinstalled the game, launched in 32-bit, safe mode, waited 1 hour, but my game is stuck on “connecting” logo. I’m able to ping the login servers and the game is in firewall exceptions. has anyone had this problem ?

Note the “antimalware service” disappears after a few seconds so I don’t think it’s the problem.
