The Ox is the second of the twelve Chinese zodiac signs and the symbol of the year 2021. When the Jade Emperor ordered the calendar years to be named after the animals that would come to him, the Ox immediately began its journey from the gates of heaven. A rat joined him, but just before the end of the journey the rat overtook the ox and rushed to the Emperor’s feet. The Ox is a patient and dignified animal, but in the blink of an eye it can turn into a charging beast, destroying everything in its path. Watch out for him.
