We adjusted the parameters of some ships based on testing results. The changes will be applied to hybrids Ise and Tone

VI Ise, VI Ise 2,  VI Ise 3; VIII Tone, VIII Tone 2,  VIII Tone 3:

• At the start of a battle, the squadron launching cooldown will be active, similar to how battles start with main battery guns and torpedo tubes unloaded.
